The Evaluations Office provides support and services to help students achieve their academic success and transfer goals. The office evaluates academic records for Associate degrees, Associate Degrees for Transfer (ADTs), CSU and UC general education certification, Certificates of Achievement, and Certificates of Proficiency. The Evaluations Office is responsible for the determination of eligibility and the granting of degrees and certificates as well as the evaluation of external coursework from accredited colleges.  The Evaluations Office is responsible for the coordination, and determination of eligibility for the CSU eVerification process. In addition, the Evaluations Office is authorized to grant credit for successful passing scores of external exams (AP, IB, CLEP, DANTES). The Evaluations Office is responsible for the distribution and management of the diplomas and certificates.
