Students who earn this certificate have the opportunity to master basic techniques and explore innovative practices and styles. Course work emphasizes hands-on learning and participation in a floral enterprise that supports practical application in retail and event planning industries.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
- Create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions implementing the foundational principles and elements of design.
- Investigate and select floral design elements appropriate for diverse religious and cultural occasions.
