Focuses on practical day-to-day operations in real estate brokerage. Emphasizes listing procedures, comparative market analysis, computer skills, multiple listing service use, Internet research, effective advertising, sales techniques, financing, appraising, property management, leasing, and ethics. REAL ESTATE FINANCE
