Provides students instruction on how to identify sources of law, to discuss their interrelationships, to define and find primary and secondary authority, to learn how to employ finding tools to analyze information, to formulate legal issues, and to draw conclusions regarding the possible outcomes of legal situations. PERSONAL INJURY AND THE LAW OF TORTS
