DOSAGE CALCULATIONS FOR NURSES

Focuses on math review for dosage calculations, conversion between different systems of measurement, dosage calculation and measurement, drug orders and labels, and intravenous calculations. PATHOPHYSIOLOGY AND PHARMACOLOGY II
