Students may petition to be awarded credit for a credit course at Southwestern after completing a noncredit course at Southwestern upon successful completion of an additional examination developed by faculty. The student must meet all requirements to be awarded credit.  Students who wish to receive this credit must first submit the SWC Credit for Prior Learning Student Petition, unless otherwise directed. Students then work with discipline faculty to complete all requirements.
