Students may petition to be awarded credit for a credit course at Southwestern after completing a noncredit course at Southwestern if the noncredit to credit articulation has been approved by the SWC Curriculum Committee and the student has met all requirements to be awarded credit.  Review the Credit for Prior Learning Courses page in the catalog and the SWC Credit for Prior Learning website for a list of courses approved for credit for prior learning assessment.
